Satisfied with the hotel, it's a superb base for staying in Liverpool.

Poor communication and maintenance issues. The check-in process was delayed due to a wrong access code provided and a late cleaner.

Greatly enjoyed how the double room was arranged when we arrived. A microwave oven, an electric kettle and refrigerators worked well.

The guesthouse is conveniently located near public transportation which makes it easy to explore the city. The room and bathroom were cozy and clean, with good hot water pressure. Although there was no breakfast provided, the kitchen was fully stocked with tea and coffee facilities. The communal living area was comfortable and inviting, perfect for relaxing after sightseeing.

The outside of the guesthouse could use some sprucing up.

During my Xmas stay, I enjoyed the comfortable bed and excellent bathroom facilities. The location was great, with easy access to public transportation and shops nearby. One of the best things was the spacious communal kitchen and sitting room, which was an ideal space to relax and unwind after a long day.

The room was quite small and could have benefitted from better ventilation. The building was quite old, meaning that noise from other guests was audible when they walked or spoke in their rooms.

The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and the bathroom was absolutely fabulous. Whenever I had questions, it was a breeze to reach someone for help. The location was incredibly convenient with easy access to public transport and shops nearby. The shared kitchen was equipped with everything I needed, and the owner was friendly and always ready to assist. Parking was never a problem, and the TV had a GREAT selection of channels. Plus, the free Wi-Fi in the room was a huge bonus. Already booked my next stay!
